Illinois veteran update!!

Thanks to our amazing KOVH supporters, we were able to raise the money needed to secure the home for this veteran! That's right, thanks to you all, tomorrow our veteran and his service dog get to officially sign the lease and get the keys to his new home!!

This is just one veteran though of now millions, who are days or weeks away from facing becoming part of the growing homeless crisis this country is struggling to manage. While no human being should ever be forced to live on the streets, veterans especially should never lose the fight to have a safe place to call home.

Dont get me wrong, this was a true win for the movement, but my heart aches for those who are not so lucky. KOVH is committed and determined to break the cycle, stop veteran foreclosures, and keep our veterans and their families in their homes.
