Standing Together: Keeping Veteran Families Housed, Fed, and Supported

Every day, veteran families across our nation face the heartbreaking reality of housing insecurity and foreclosure. These men and women stood strong for us in service, and now, too many of them are standing alone in their fight to keep a roof over their families’ heads. At the KOVH Foundation, we refuse to let them fight this battle in silence. Together, we can keep veteran families housed, nourished, and supported.

The Fight to Keep Veteran Families in Their Homes

Housing is more than four walls—it is stability, safety, and peace of mind. Veteran families should not have to choose between groceries, medicine, and paying the mortgage. KOVH is working every day to shine a light on the silent crisis of veteran foreclosures and to build a movement that ensures no veteran family is left behind. Your support directly fuels our mission to provide advocacy, awareness, and tangible resources to families in need.

Special Project: Harvest of Hope

This year, we’re planting seeds of change through our new initiative, Harvest of Hope. This project will grow into a self-sustaining farm and community hub that not only provides food security but also creates opportunities for veteran families and young farmers. By supporting Harvest of Hope, you’re investing in long-term stability, empowerment, and community resilience.

Adopt a Veteran Family for Christmas

The holidays can be an especially painful time for families facing foreclosure or financial hardship. Our Adopt a Veteran Family for Christmas program ensures that families who have sacrificed so much are not forgotten during the season of giving. Through your generosity, we can provide gifts, meals, and the comfort of knowing they are cared for by a grateful community.

We’ve Got Your Backs Care Package Project

Even the smallest gesture of support can make a world of difference. Our We’ve Got Your Backs Care Package Project provides veteran families with essentials and comfort items that ease the burden of hard times. Each package is a reminder that they are not alone—our community stands with them.
